Inside all rooms are non smoking , outside you can smoke on the terraces .
Pets are allowed at an additional charge of 50 euro per stay, the pets may not sleep in the beds.
It is possible to rent a baby crib with sheets for the price of 8 euros per day per crib , there is 1 crib available.
We have a good relationship with the neighbors , therefore we ask for silence between 10 pm and 7 am.

CANCELLATIONS:
The guest will pay the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels at any time. Within the 4 hours of reservation you can cancel for free.
If due to regulations COVID you can not travel then we will refund the deposited amounts.
The villa has its own strengths, its location directly by the sea is unique, the villa literally has its feet in the water and its back in the Velebit mountains, which are well known for their unique hiking and climbing possibilities. Villa Beline also has its own mooring for your boat, canoe,,,,, because of its unique location there are opportunities to practice many water sports. Located in a quiet area, 1 kilometre away you have a restaurant where the landlord goes fishing every day, so the fish dish and the scampi (langoustines) is definitely a must. Nearby you can rent a boat, make sure that someone has a sailing license. If you want to find the crowds and the many restaurants, you can go to Starigrad-Paclenica, Starigrad is also known for its beautiful national park and is very honored by hikers and climbers. Don't forget to visit the beautiful old town of Zadar, Nin (salt mines) and the island of Pag, known for its fine crochet work and folklore, and if you want to go crazy, go to Zrce Beach, the beach that never sleeps. It can be reached by boat or ferry. The many discotheques will surely take you until the early hours.
